The following knowledge is purely from my Internet research. It is for knowledge purpose only and I don’t intend to humiliate or disrespect any country, it's citizens or anyone or create any controversies… 

 

I would like to start the topic with a question- What is Palestine’s original name? Most of the people are going to say this it’s Israel! That’s where you are wrong. For knowing about the existence of both the nations, we need to get back in time about the year 1948 when the State of Israel was formed. Actually 2 nations were formed which are Israel and Palestine.

1.       Israel was JEWS dominant nation and Palestine was MUSLIM dominant nation.

2.       Israel was attacked by EGYPT, JORDAN, SYRIA etc.

3.       So in return, Israel did the same and annexed EGYPT’s Sinai Peninsula and all of Palestine and many other country’s areas.. It resulted Israel in growing it’s  land area by 3 times!

4.       After a peace treaty, Israel gave back Sinai Peninsula and the areas he had taken except for Palestine and some other areas.

 

So, for now Palestine is a part of Israel
